Nationals Recap

I apologize for the delay in posts people! Life has been extremely hectic as always. Got a lot of things cookin!

In the beginning of July I competed in the 2013 US National Taekwondo Championships. This will be just a quick photo post to get you a glimpse of what went down.

Moral of this story: Work your ass off in every aspect of life…put 1,000% into everything you do, and nothing but greatness will come from it. Whether you “win” or “lose,” the journey there will be most rewarding. The experience of full commitment into something or someone will leave you with no regrets out on the table.

I actually injured my knee the day before my fight at practice. Thank God for the medical staff who taped me up well. Unfortunately, it limited some of the techniques I was able to utilize during my fights.
